Applying plaster

You need to cover the wall with decorative plaster from the bottom up. The coating can be applied in vertical, horizontal or circular movements. And in each case, a new textural pattern is formed on the surface.

Bath and sauna treatment

Before using a new bath, heat it up and then ventilate it well. Traditionally, the best wood for finishing steam rooms and making shelves in a bath or sauna was hardwood, such as aspen and linden. It does not emit resin and has low thermal conductivity (low heat capacity at high temperatures). Lining, decking, and larch tongue and groove are often used in the bathhouse. A unique tree for making shelves for a bath or sauna - red Canadian western cedar (thuja giant) - has amazing antiseptic and heat resonator properties.

Wood gluing

We recommend that you coat hardwood parts with glue on both sides and hold them under pressure for a longer time (up to 50 minutes).

Linseed oil treatment

After decorative and protective impregnation of wooden products (creative hand-made solutions), dry them well for several days, then carefully polish with a felt cloth to a shine.

Gluing smooth surfaces

Materials with a mirror-smooth surface do not adhere well to each other, so clean them with a knife, sandpaper, or file.

Wooden facades

The long roof overhang (40-60 cm) protects the facade from precipitation. It is necessary to monitor the serviceability of gutters and pipes. The height of the base should be at least 50 cm, and the slope between the base and the facade part should be made at a right angle (minimum 150) for quick water drainage. Arrange the cladding elements so that water cannot get into their joints. Ventilation holes must be provided in the outer cladding. To protect the outer cladding from moisture penetrating from inside the building, it is necessary to leave an empty space between the cladding and the wall.
