Application in buildings and special-purpose structures – a permit document that confirms the product's compliance with certain operational requirements and allows its use at certain facilities.

Refusal letter (on the absence of a mandatory certificate or declaration of conformity) – an official response from territorial institutions (standardization, metrology and certification centers), as well as certification bodies, to a request whether a product is subject to mandatory certification or declaration. The refusal letter contains a reference to the legislation and indicates that the product specified in the document "does not fall into the "Nomenclature of products of goods and services subject to mandatory certification"". A refusal letter is issued for a product if it is not subject to mandatory certification or mandatory declaration.

Environmental safety class M1 – emission class of building materials. Building materials for interior work, including paint and varnish, are divided into three emission classes. M1 is the highest class.

Ecological safety class Ecolabel (Ecoflower) – The EEC ecological quality mark is awarded to high-quality goods that have a minimal impact on the environment throughout their life cycle - from raw material extraction to production, from use to disposal; it indicates product safety and the manufacturer's attentive attitude to environmental protection issues.

Conclusion of the state sanitary and epidemiological examination – a document certifying compliance (non-compliance) with state sanitary and epidemiological rules and standards of environmental factors, economic and other activities, products, works and services, as well as draft regulatory acts, construction projects of facilities, operational documentation. The validity period of the sanitary and epidemiological conclusion for products is 5 years.
