For embossed surfaces, the consumption increases accordingly.
The total consumption depends on the type and preparation of the surface, as well as on the color of the paint and the color of the surface to be painted. It is recommended to determine the paint consumption by applying a test coat on the object.
- 30 minutes — dust-free.
- 2 hours — application of the next layer.
- 12 hours — resistance to weathering. Under other conditions, the drying time may vary.
Final strength — 28 days.
Surface preparation before painting
The surface must be dry and free from loose surface layers, efflorescence, dirt and dust. Clean the fittings and other metal elements from rust, prime with anti-corrosion primer (paint) and cement. Surfaces that are frequently wetted and prone to mold formation must be thoroughly cleaned mechanically before painting, treated with Biotol or Biotol Spray, rinsed with water and dried. Fill small cracks, cavities and potholes with a suitable facade putty.
Application
For painting large areas, all the paint of one tone required for painting a limited surface must be mixed in one container, especially in the case of self-tinting the paint. Mix the paint before use. Apply with a roller or airless sprayer in 2 layers at a temperature of the paint, ambient air and base from +5ºС to +25ºС. For airless spray application, use a 0.019–0.025" nozzle. For spray application and roller application of the first coat, the paint can be diluted with water, if necessary, no more than 5% by volume.
Features of using TR base paint: TR base (colorless) paint should be used only in tinted form (according to the Eskarocolor system). Before applying TR base, paint the surface in 1 layer with Eskaro Akrit F Karbon base A (white) paint, which is tinted to a lighter shade of the color of the finish coating. Do not dilute the tinted TR base paint, apply in 2 layers. For saturated red, yellow, light green colors, it may be necessary to apply more layers to completely cover the base.
Attention! The coating acquires its final color after the paint dries.
Attention! It is forbidden to paint facades and plinths during rain, fog, strong wind, direct sunlight. After use, immediately wash the tool with water and detergent.
Caring for the painted surface
The coating will reach its final wear resistance after approximately 4 weeks - during this time, the surface must be handled with care until it acquires its final hardness and wear resistance. We recommend using water and neutral detergents to clean the painted surface. Do not use organic solvents, abrasive cleaners, or hard sponges or brushes. We recommend using Biotol and Biotol Spray to remove mold.

Brush, roller, airless sprayer (nozzle 0.019–0.025", pressure 150–180 bar).
Cleaning tools
After finishing work, wash with soap and water.
Acrylic copolymer, silicone emulsion, titanium dioxide (only for base A), fillers, functional additives, wax, water. UA VOC limit value for this product (cat. A/c): 40 g/l (g/l). This product contains max 40 g/l (g/l) VOC.
Precautions
Keep out of reach of children. Follow general occupational hygiene rules. Work in work clothes, gloves. To prevent accidents, it is recommended to use basic personal protective equipment. In case of paint contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water. Use water to clean surfaces and objects contaminated with paint. The paint is fire and explosion-proof.
Disposal
Do not pour into drains. Do not throw into the environment. Dried paint residues should be disposed of as household waste, polymer containers should be collected for recycling or disposed of as household waste.
