Properties High-temperature silicone sealant - Does not shrink. - Forms a heat-resistant, fire-resistant, smoke-proof elastic seam. Withstands temperatures up to 315 °C. - Has excellent adhesion to most building materials. - Resistant to thermal deformations. - Suitable for rooms with high humidity, in particular for baths and saunas. - Elastic sealing when installing ventilation, heating, water supply systems, kitchen equipment. - Replaces any seals made of cork, felt, paper, asbestos, rubber. - For repairing automobiles and motorcycles (except seals and parts in contact with fuel). Restrictions: do not use for sealing aquariums, materials made of Teflon, polyethylene, polypropylene, bitumen. Purpose - Use in movable joints. - Sealing joints, filling cracks in heating and heating devices, chimneys, ventilation ducts and other structures exposed to high temperatures. - Used for sealing the head of automobile engines. - Recommended surfaces: ceramics, glass, metal, galvanized and chrome-plated materials, stainless steel, aluminum, enameled surfaces, plastic (hard PVC, polycarbonate), cement, brick, wood and its derivatives, natural stone, enamel, vulcanization and silicone rubber. - For interior and exterior work - For rooms with high humidity

Drying time
Vulcanizes (hardens) at a rate of 3-4 mm per day. Dry to touch after 15 minutes

Surface preparation

The surfaces must be solid, dry and clean. Treat oily surfaces with GROVER CLEANER or acetone. Apply masking tape to the edges of the joint to protect the surfaces from excess sealant. Maximum joint width - 30 mm. Optimal ratio of joint width to depth 2:1. Cartridge preparation Before use, store the sealant at room temperature for at least 12 hours. Insert the cartridge into the applicator gun, cut off the screw head of the cartridge above the thread. Screw on the tip, cut the tip top at an angle of 45° according to the width of the joint.

Application

Evenly fill the joint with sealant and level with a damp spatula or hand. Remove the masking tape immediately.

Cleaning the tool

Before hardening - with white spirit. After hardening - mechanically.

Operation

In sanitary areas, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the seams once a week with a household disinfectant.
