Painting facades

Avoid applying paint to facade surfaces heated by the sun, at high (above 30°C) air temperatures, as well as during rain and fog without using special film fences that limit atmospheric influences. We recommend that new concrete structures and newly plastered surfaces be allowed to stand for one heating season before painting. When using cement and cement-lime mortars for facade repair, the repaired surface must be allowed to stand for at least 1–2 months before painting.

Hot radiators

Do not paint hot heating radiators with water-soluble enamels!

How to choose a roller

To paint a wall, choose a high-quality roller with medium pile length (during breaks in work, place the roller in a plastic bag).

Painting of plinths

The plinth is the lower belt of the facade, which protects the facade from mechanical damage and dirt. The plinth should be made of durable materials that decorate the facade and serve as a reliable barrier to moisture. In order for the plinth to fully protect the facade from dirt due to raindrops bouncing off the ground, its height should be at least 20 cm.

Painter's tape

Remove the masking tape immediately after finishing painting, without waiting for the paint to dry.

Degree of gloss

The higher the degree of gloss of the paint, the higher the wear resistance indicators - ease of removal of dirt, absence of traces on the painted surface from repeated wet cleaning.
